Refund Policy

-If your account has renewed and you do not want to receive the capsules that you've paid for, please contact support@capsulebooks.com as soon as possible so we can cancel your order and give you a full refund.

-If you've received a book that you already own or have read, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can offer a $10 gift card per book. We'll offer these partial refunds, minus the cost of shipping, until 30 days after you have received the capsule. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-We reveal one book from each capsule on our social media accounts. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated so that you can decide whether or not to skip a capsule if none of them interest you.

-We do not accept returns for gift cards.

-If you received a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damaged item to support@capsulebooks.com and we'll send you a replacement!

-Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

-If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

-If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
